Rosedale Center Adds Three New Retailers as Twin Cities Mall Keeps Growing in 2026

Rosedale Center Continues Expanding Its Retail Lineup in 2026

Rosedale Center in Roseville is continuing a strong stretch of retail growth with three new tenants joining the mall across spring and summer 2026.

The additions reflect what commercial real estate professionals describe as sustained momentum for Twin Cities retail, with national brands and local retailers continuing to invest in physical storefronts throughout the metro.

For Rosedale, the new leases reinforce the mall's position as one of the Twin Cities' most active regional shopping destinations.


Three New Retailers Are Joining the Mall

One of the newest openings is Swarovski, the internationally recognized crystal jewelry brand.

The retailer recently opened a 1,051-square-foot location on Rosedale's lower level near Lolli and Pops, expanding Swarovski's existing Twin Cities footprint alongside stores at Mall of America, Southdale Center, and Twin Cities Premium Outlets.

Abercrombie & Fitch is also preparing to open a new 5,500-square-foot store later this summer.

The store will be located on the lower level next to Altar'd State and across from Lululemon, giving the brand a third Twin Cities location alongside existing stores at Southdale and Mall of America.

Meanwhile, Minnesota-based menswear company Hammer Made is opening a smaller-format 576-square-foot store later this month on the upper level near Dick's Sporting Goods and Eyebobs.

Hammer Made was founded in Eden Prairie and already operates multiple locations throughout the metro, including stores at Galleria Edina, Ridgedale Center, Mall of America, and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

The brand has also expanded nationally into markets like Las Vegas, Miami, and Pittsburgh.


Additional Retail Changes Are Already Underway

The new tenant announcements are part of a broader wave of updates happening throughout Rosedale Center.

PacSun recently completed a major remodel of its nearly 4,000-square-foot store, while a much larger 12,500-square-foot Pottery Barn location has already been confirmed for the mall's eastern wing and is expected to open in 2027.

Over the last several years, Rosedale has also added a variety of newer retail and entertainment concepts, including:

  • Brkthrough
  • Kendra Scott
  • J. Crew Factory
  • Paris Baguette
  • Lolli and Pops
  • Johnston & Murphy

Today, the mall includes more than 150 retailers spread across approximately 1.14 million square feet.

Leasing for the new tenants was handled by JLL on behalf of property owner Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisor Inc.

According to leasing executives involved with the project, both established retailers and digitally native e-commerce brands are continuing to pursue physical storefronts in high-performing retail centers across the Twin Cities and nationally.


What This Signals for the Twin Cities Retail Market

Retail leasing activity remains one of the clearest indicators of confidence in a local market.

When national brands continue signing long-term leases and investing in store buildouts, it reflects ongoing consumer demand and confidence in the surrounding community.

For Roseville and the broader Twin Cities metro, continued investment at Rosedale helps strengthen the area's position as a major shopping and lifestyle destination.

Strong retail corridors also tend to support nearby restaurants, entertainment, hospitality, and residential demand over time.

For buyers, homeowners, and investors watching the Twin Cities market, Rosedale's continued expansion is another sign that established suburban retail centers remain highly valuable community anchors.
