For the second year in a row, Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) has been named the best “mega airport” in North America by J.D. Power & Associates. The ranking highlights MSP’s continued reputation for traveler satisfaction, convenience, and innovation.

MSP Earns Top Spot in 2025 Rankings

MSP received a score of 660 out of a possible 1,000 points, outranking Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (649) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (634). While the score dipped slightly from last year’s 671, MSP still led the pack in the “mega airport” category, which includes the busiest airports in North America.
