Just upstairs on Level 3 West, Macarons by Maddie Lu has made a sweet return after closing in 2022. The beloved bakery, led by local pastry chef and Food Network alum Maddie Carlos, now offers more than 20 daily macaron flavors, including s’mores, pistachio, raspberry, and caramel vanilla — all made fresh. But the big twist? It’s also the Mall’s first dirty soda bar. This creamy, fizzy trend has taken off in the Twin Cities and now has a stylish new home at MOA.
