Located at 730 Vikings Pkwy Ste 100, this 6,000-square-foot restaurant is part of the ever-growing Viking Lakes development, adjacent to both the Vikings' practice facility and the Viking Lakes Residences.
This new Lago location brings the same bold flavors and vibrant atmosphere that made their original spots in St. Louis Park, Excelsior, and Plymouth local favorites. The Eagan restaurant features an expansive patio and full bar, perfect for game-day hangouts, happy hours, or casual dining with friends. Their menu includes fan-favorite tacos, burritos, birria, elote, chips and salsa, and a variety of fresh, flavorful options.
Owner Tom Ferris says the decision to open in Eagan was easy: “Whether it’s football season or not, there’s always something happening—from live sports and outdoor events to a growing residential community. When the Viking Lakes team reached out, we knew we had to be part of it.”
Lago Tacos Eagan is now open daily at 11 a.m., making it a perfect pre-game pit stop or lunch destination for locals and visitors alike.
