In 2003, I started my real estate career and I’ve never looked back. I worked for a real estate company that purchased homes and fixed them up. During that time I worked with homeowners and real estate investors. In 2006, I earned my real estate license and starting working for REMAX. I held my license with REMAX up until November of 2011, when I decided to start my own brokerage named “Commonwealth Realty” based out of Woodbury, MN. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with an Entrepreneurship Degree, so starting my own brokerage and getting my “Brokers” license seemed like the next natural step. I owned and operated Commonwealth Realty until January of 2017, when I decided to join Coldwell Banker Burnet - Woodbury office. During that time I have been able to help many families and hone my real estate skills. I pride myself on giving exceptional service, advice, and value to my clients. I continue to grow and learn everyday to help provide amazing service for buyers and sellers. My goal is to become your Realtor for life so I want to make sure I provide a positive and memorable experience. My wife and I and our two children live in Woodbury, MN. We enjoy spending time with our extended family and creating fantastic memories. I have a lot of hobbies which include: running, hiking, biking (road bike and “fat tire bike”), winter camping, hammock camping, guitar, listening to self-improvement audiobooks, listening to music, learning new things, and hanging out with friends and family. Whether in life or in business, my goal is to be the best person I can be and to treat others the way they should be treated – with respect. Lisa moved from her native country of Korea to the Twin Cities in 1979. Since then she has lived throughout the entire Twin Cities area. She offers her clients a seasoned familiarity of the Twin Cities and an intimate understanding of what makes each distinct area unique, either urban, suburban or the perimeter multi acre properties. Lisa specializes in the eastern Twin Cities, especially the St Croix River Valley, which she has extensively explored for over 30 years and has lived for over 15 years prior to becoming a realtor. However, since becoming a real estate agent she has become even more familiar with far more details of the Twin Cities. Lisa also has a sincere passion for creating an exceptional home and the surrounding lifestyle opportunity it provides. This passion has been fulfilled by her good fortune to design and build 4 homes over the last 30 years. Louie Grossman brings his experience as a successful small business owner to Bjerknes Realty Group. Prior to joining Bjerknes Realty Group he managed his landscaping company in the East Metro. His business was built on excellent customer service and always going above and beyond for his customers. You can expect this same level of service when working with Louie as your Realtor. Louie is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. After graduating college Louie spent almost 4 years as a corporate sales rep before starting his business. With a self starter attitude and commitment to self growth, he stepped out on his own to grow a business of his own. What he anticipated would be a “side gig” in the real estate world, quickly began to pique his full time interest. He now combines his passion for customer service and homes to provide his clients an excellent experience. Louie and his high school sweetheart, Korbin, reside in Afton with their two young kids, Isla and Welles. He enjoys hunting, fishing, weekends at the cabin, playing with the kids and date nights binging on Zillow and dreaming up their next home flip.
Lyndsay joined Bjerknes Realty Group in 2017. She is one of the main points of contact between clients and the team. She makes sure all clients are aware of each step throughout the process and strives to answer any questions before they are asked. In addition to client care, Lyndsay also handles the transaction paperwork and makes sure each step of the transaction is on track and moving forward. Lyndsay has a certificate in Office Management and, as she puts it, "loves to keep others organized." Lyndsay lives in Cottage Grove with her husband, two kids, & dog Lucy.
